Project details

Our goal for the 2021 USS Proxy was to clearly communicate their pay for performance executive compensation program to investors and key stakeholders and to improve their ESG disclosures. Through content strategy, plain English writing and information design we demonstrated the alignment between executive compensation, company performance and stockholder value – helping USS improve their Say on Pay advisory approval vote by more than 20% this year.
