Real estate innovator iStar looked to Addison to help communicate the next wave of its investment strategy. In a streamlined, digital and print annual report we once again delivered an authentic and distinctive experience. Extending the previous year’s concept, “go,” the more forceful theme “propel” signified that iStar was out of the starting blocks and driving full speed ahead.

The printed and digital annual report were designed as a set, so both platforms express iStar’s year of moving forward, overcoming obstacles and simply “propelling,” in captivating, graphic imagery.
