The only report to walk a reader through a home

FirstKey Homes provides property management services to 50,000 rental homes throughout the United States.

The target was broad including, investors, prospective residents, employees, local governments and community groups, all who were inquiring about FirstKey’s ESG efforts.

Addison’s solution was to create a design system with regular cues that not only reflected the content but also something relatable to everyone: a walk through a home. The cover was the entrance, table of contents was where you settled in and hung up your coat, a beloved pet on the stairs and so on.
