Addison’s special 60th Anniversary cocktail was created by our resident mixologist, Senior Design Director Nick Schmitz (@sizzleandswizzle). This gin and champagne libation is named for the cross-streets of our offices. It’s easy to make and a sure bet to liven up any party! Start with a quality gin, then add champagne or sparkling wine (a mainstay at our Thirsty Thursday drinks table). The orange ingredients pay homage to our iconic goldfish.

Try your hand at an artfully carved "60"
What you’ll need (serves 3):
- 1 bottle of your favorite bubbles (we prefer @moetchandon)
- 1.25 oz dry gin (such as Addison fave @nydistilling Dorothy Parker)
- .5 oz lemon juice
- .5 oz almond orgeat
- 1 barspoon orange marmalade
- 3 dashes of orange bitters
- Orange peel garnish
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients, except bubbles, in a shaker
- Shake furiously
- Strain into a chilled champagne coupe or flute
- Top with your favorite bubbles
- Garnish with orange peel
- Be ready with a witty toast and…cheers!
