NEW YORK: Addison, the independent branding, sustainability and digital communications
design firm with a heritage in annual reporting and information simplification, today
announced it is acquiring Wechsler Ross & Partners, the preeminent branding and
communications firm specializing in the investment business, and will merge the two
businesses under the Addison name.
Wechsler will be integrated into Addison by adding two new practices to Addison’s service
offer, focusing on financial marketing communications and customized branding for financial
advisors and other professionals. The financial marketing practice will go by the name Addison
The merger of Addison and Wechsler will provide a diverse range of services to their Fortune
500 and financial services clients. Addison is celebrating its 50th year in business and
Wechsler its 29th. The Wechsler business will move into Addison’s Wall Street offices.

Wechsler from our offices in 1985. He and his team created a lasting business with a strong
focus on investment brands before his tragic death in 2011.”
Dan Ross, CEO of Wechsler and a principal since 1994, will be a Senior Vice President at
Addison leading the two new practices—Addison Wechsler Financial Marketing and Advisor
Custom Branding—with the same teams that served their clients at Wechsler.
